BAD

I have been struggling for a month now to get a clearance certification calling every day and every day is a different story and I'm trying to sort out the problems because if they need a paid-up letter I'm calling for the letter they don't do follow ups if I don't request follow up. yesterday 04/11/2024 they told me everything is fine and they send the clearance certificate I have not received it. when i called today they have again n paid up letter outstanding, yesterday letter outstanding I have forward it to them for a while back and now the need it again, but they don't look at their emails.

Is there someone i can call to get my clearance certificate
