BAD!!!!!!

They DONT reply to your emails! Over payments that was paid back to them to reallocate was NOT DONE! Why do they wait so long to ALLOCATE THE FUNDS, it was taken from our account R19k on the 20th of each month, but today it's the 4th and no allocation! I receive calls from credits stating that my account is in arrears!!! We are suppose to be at the last month of our 5 years of repaying our debts, but I still receive statements of outstanding amounts that DOES NOT REFLECT ON OUR STATEMENT! WHAT DO YOU BELIEVE?? ARE WE AT THE END? OR IM I GOING TO RECEIVE CALLS FROM CREDITS STATING WE STILL OUTSTANDING. WE PAY AN ADMIN FEE EVERY MONTH, for what??????? I want answers. I have being doing my checks myself....What is going on... I want an up to date breakdown
