I would like to commend Shammie Moonsamy for her professional service for years. This is not an easy process to go through. I had no issues from my initial application. If I ever needed help or an explanation Shammie always promptly responded to my emails. There is a lot of issues that can be confusing for the normal consumer and no job/question was too big for Shammie to answer or solve.
