AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I've been a client since 2018, and for the last 2 years, their customer service has been shocking!! I recently requested updated statements from all the creditors as my payments are slowly coming to an end. I'm still waiting! And on top of that, I sent them an email asking them to explain to me how they know when an account is paid up if their PDA statement that's sent to me monthly is never accurate. My emails have been read but still not one reply!! Unacceptable!!
