Awesome so far

Until this far, 3 months in things have been awesome. We had found ourselves in a financial low due to rising food and fuel prices and a significant continuous interest increase in our bond and car payments plus a loss of a household income leaving us feeling overwhelmed. We were being approached by many debt review companies regularly, but eventually decided to check them out as we needed some help. We had a few quotes done by a few companies, but Debt rescue was the most upfront and honest giving us the lowest prices from the get-go whereas the other companies only gave us better prices once we told them we had gotten better. Some even went below what debt rescue offered, but we had already decided on debt rescue because of their integrity from the beginning being that their original offer knowing our situation was R2300 less than any thing the others offered (also pretending to know our situation). At This point I want to thank Memory who is our debt councillor who has been advising and us and fighting for us since we joined. We can just request a call back from her which she does same day and within a reasonable timeframe, educating us on our options honestly and clearly. Then we would also like to thank Vicky who was the original sales or point person we dealt with. We felt she showed integrity and professionalism even answering questions before and after hours to make us comfortable with this decision of going under debt review, as we have previously considered it to be taboo. I Hope that Debt Rescue recognises the quality they have in these employees and that whoever we going to deal with in the future represents these ideals we have now associated with Debt Rescue through their hard work, professionalism and most of all integrity.
