AVOID Debt Rescue at all costs - Use someone else

I will continue to beg people not to use this company. I have doubled my payments, never missed a single payment yet my accounts don't get paid, I get harassed by attorneys, balances on statements are wrong, my balance on one account was R0.00 for over 6 months and now the balance has changed to over R4000. They cannot keep track of balances of creditors, you will continue to pay them all in the while they don't or can't do much to help you with the creditors. I know of other people that use different debt review processes who've never had an issue. I will continue to lodge complaints at the NCR regarding this company because it's unfair that they don't have the correct systems to help their clients. While they do have friendly staff that try their best, they just won't be able to help you because they can't. This is not an attack on any person at Debt Rescue but rather to point out the fact that this company cannot help you.
