AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Just a few things I am waiting on Debt Rescue for. They also refuse to give me the details of my debt counselor. 1. I am still waiting for a reply on my email which was sent on 31 January 2020; 2. I am still waiting for an update on outstanding amounts that I owe to creditors in order for me to settle these amounts; 3. I am still waiting for the email from Edwin which he promises me every time I have to phone in to Debt Rescue; 4. I am still waiting for the elusive Joel to phone me. I have left numerous messages for this person to call me and have even waited on the phone for him to "finish his call" but have been unsuccessful in my endeavor of reaching some sort of supervisor at Debt Rescue. He must be one of the busiest people in corporate South Africa; 5. I am still waiting for confirmation that the debit order on my account has been stopped; 6. I am still waiting for the recorded calls that I requested.
