ATT: DEBT RESCUE - POOR CLIENT SERVICE
On the 29th of March 2022 I've requested a letter from Debt Rescue, that was needed to provide to a property agency company. Till today, I have not received such letter from Debt Rescue. The member who I spoke to was Dorris. She requested my salary slip, and also advise that they would send me the letter ASAP as this is a matter of urgency.
I'm not happy with the service at all! I'm stuck and no-one come's back to you in regards with such letter.
I would like to request to speak to one of the TOP Managers in Debt Rescue in regards with the poor service that I do receive from this Company.
