Assistance Needed

Hi there, I hope that this finds you well. I currently have an issue where I believe I have paid enough to settle my accounts and close everything off. The main issue is that there is an additional account which is till being paid into two months after the account was paid up and closed. The monies which have been distributed to this account amount to and exceed the outstanding balance of the last account that needs paying off. I have sent a mail and a follow up mail, but I have not been acknowledged on this matter and the issue is that the PDA has loaded 2 more collections against my bank account (for December and January) of which there is no need. I would greatly appreciate assistance on this matter.
