Thank you Ashnie Naidoo for your excellent work. You are really a person one can rely on. Since you started to handle my case, things started to happen. I communicated with various of your colleagues the past year, but unfortunately they did not make any effort to try to solve my problems. The saddest part of all is the fact that the previous staff members of Debt Rescue I communicated to, did not know what customer service really is. They didn't even bother to reply on my emails. I don't want to name and shame your collogues, but I think they need to step up their game. Once again Ashnie, thank you for the excellent work do.
