Ashnie a big thumbs up.
What can I say, At first it was all good then the nightmare started. My accounts were incorrectly paid and my clearance was taking forever and if it was not for Ashnie at the complaints department, I would still be waiting. She escalated my clearance ,got the letters and finally the nightmare was over. Ashnie you are an angel.
