Appalling service

By far the most unprofessional and inefficient company that I have ever had the misfortune to engage with. More than a year down the road I am suddenly advised that my application has been withdrawn. This despite having sent mountains of original documents and having paid the installment every month without fail. The financial losses incurred during the pandemic were for me personally, absolutely mortifying and devastating to now find that I am back to square one. And sending emails is pointless, Debt Rescue never reply. I shall be reporting this to the National Credit Bureau.
