Appalling Service

I am actually appalled by the manner that Debt Rescue is handling my complaint. This is the 2nd time I am writing a review on them. On the 24th I wrote a review and someone responded to say that the matter will be investigated and someone will contact me... Guess what, no contact was made with me. This tells me that this is just a standard response they throw at everybody.

I am very disappointed with Debt Rescue and their useless complaints department. I settled my debt in July 2019, a year later my name has still not been removed from ITC. I brought this matter to them on the 24th July, I was advised that it will take up 2 weeks to issue me with a clearance certificate. I was very unhappy with that as they clearly had no intention of prioritizing the matter even though it has been pending for over a year.

I emailed Edwin in the complaint 's department last week Thursday to follow up on the matter, he did not bother to respond to my email. I phoned today, I was told that he was not available and he will contact me. Again he did not bother to call me back, he just sent me a poorly typed email will lots of spelling errors to tell me that the clearance certificate will be available by the 14th...another wee****! Another quick job... No care in the world!!!

Can someone please tell how difficult is it to get a document certified.... 3 weeks, that is beyond appalling!!!

It is clear that at Debt Rescue you matter while you are still making money for them, once they can no longer get money from you no one cares.

They could have apologized, prioritized the matter,Fast track this to make ensure that my name gets cleared quicker since it was their oversight but no one cares.

The fact that this is the 2nd time with same matter still pending says it all.
