ANSWER ME!

Bonolo has absolutely zero interest in his job, I’ve been waiting since the 16th of January for a proper response and I’ve yet to receive one. I have asked to be referred to his manager. I’ve been ignored. My last 2 payments haven’t been distributed, why? Now they’re saying i need to reverse the payments Ive made, HOW? PLEASE TELL ME HOW YOU EXPECT ME TO DO THAT ! PLEASE TELL ME WHY I HAD TO WAIT 7 HOURS FOR A RESPONSE FROM YOU BONOLO. If you had answered me in a timely fashion, I wouldn’t have to resort to this. I’ve logged chats on your whatsapp line, also no answer.

I am tired of this now, I would please like to speak to someone who wants to do their job, and who is able to do it properly.
