an uneasy start

my experience was very stressfully to start- infact i actually pulled out 1 day into the process as i was told closing my bank would be a better option as i maybe double debited ( this risk wasn't mentioned before as a single mom i cannot afford to loose more money)- Memory called me personally and had a nice chat and said she could assist me with doing a eft instead of doing a debit order to start to avoid the risk of loosing more money - i sat and thought about the process and went with this option as well as saving myself he hassle and just changed to a new bank- through this process i still feel abit confused - unsure of what to expect and not really sure how i track accounts going forward - who my main line of contact is?

after my 2nd day of trying to cancel this process i got old i needed an attorney to go to court to cancel --- HOW??? when half my paperwork was outstanding i hadn't even signed off on anything as yet- only the application went through - no asset table - reason for indebit ness- copy of ID ,POR ,Payslips ect - this made no sense for me - i felt as if i had no choice but to proceed....

they are very friendly to start - all the employees , but i feel after you've been hooked this does die down which is disappointing as im not the only one experiencing this.
