AMOUNTS NOT PAID SINCE MARCH 2020

I am absolutely furious about the service I have received since March. Since you changed payment distributors none of my credits have been paid. I went through all of the effort for you to take over my debt and you have failed me miserably. I have now had my accounts turned over to attorneys for non payment and this is your fault. I was told this would be sorted out and nothing has been done. I am expecting all my accounts to be paid from march as soon as possible and all bad payments and attorneys sorted out. THIS IS NOT THE SERVICE I SIGNED UP FOR!!!

My issue has still not been sorted out and now I have creditors threatening to remove my debt review. This needs to be sorted out as soon as possible because my credit record is being even further tarnished and I may be forced to take legal action.
