AMAZING SERVICE FROM MARLIZE VAN WYK

This rating is for a specific person at Debt Rescue, namely Marlize Van Wyk. I have been with Debt Recue for 7 years and have struggled to get information and answers from them.

Marlize is an exception. The minute I got hold of her, I received immediate attention and all my queries were answered, even if it was not part of her job description she would go the extra mile and find answers and solutions. It has been like a breath of fresh air and what amazing service she gave!!! She was always polite, professional, following up when she promised to and an absolute pleasure to deal with.

She deserves to be recognized by her company and not only be compensated financially, but promoted.

I had so many problems with other staff members who always seemed to try and pass the buck or refer the query and I would be the one to have to follow up and struggle to get hold of the right person at the right department.

Marlize has made all the difference and continues to do so. She is a true asset to the company and they could be very proud of her and her work ethics.
