Amazing service from Levona Jordaan from Debt rescue

I want to take off my hat to a lady called Levona Jordaan who assisted me today 25th of November with my clearance certificate issue. I had initially sent all the paper work and email stating i have fully paid up all my accounts about 8 weeks ago. I kept following up but never got a concrete answer as to how far in the process they were of removing the debt review flag from my name. Until yesterday ,24th November 2021 i received an email from them stating that they were missing two documents . I was so furious cause i they waited 8 weeks to tell me this! So today i decided to go there and pick a fight with them and i was welcomed by Levona. She explained to me that she was the one whos sent the email yesterday but she was not initially involved when i had sent the documents. She apologized for the inconveniency and promised she would get to the matter today. True to her word she did. Before i left she gave me my clearance certificate , and this only took her a few minutes. And when i got home , i receive emails from her alerting all my creditors and the credit bureaus to remove the flag. All this work in a space of 2 hours!!!! I am blown away by this woman's dedication and honesty. She definitely is an asset to the company and i hope they reward her accordingly for the amazing work she does.
