Amazing help when I eventually got it ;)
It took me afew days to get someone to respond to my emails but when someone eventually did it was an extremely good experience.
Lily van der Poll is amazing. She was so patient, knowledgeable and helpful. She stayed on the phone with me and answered my 100's of questions. S
