Am stressed beyond believe!!!

<p>It has been a back and forth experience with Debt Rescue since I start this process in March 2016. since then I have emailed countless documents that seem to have disappeared. The consultants have changed 3 times. My court case keeps on being postponed because of questions that they want me to answer, which they have affidavitts for and supporting documents. I am still being charged full interests on my loans (personal and home) while this is continuing. MY frustration is that everytime i get a sms from them to say the court case has been postponed - I have to contact them to find out why. Sometimes it takes weeks of emails and phone calls before I even get close to a response. As mentioned above I have had to deal with 3 different consultants since Mar. Yolande, Lucy and now a Lerien. When I call their offices I get put through from pillar to post and do not get through to the person I want to speak too. When I got the last communication, it was in afrikaans. Although I can read, write and speak it - I am English and have <strong>ALWAYS </strong>communicated with them in English - why suddenly am I being spoken too in Afrikaans? I have had to take time off to get the documents they want on a few occasions costing me pay as I was getting paid per hour. I have explained my circumstances over and over and over again and yet I am being made to feel like I am some sort of ********. I do not get any comfort from them that they are looking into my review and are offering me the best service that they are supposedly bragging about. I live day to day stressed out wondering when will the banks decided its being going on long enough and decide that they no longer accept this review process and start demanding the almost year's worth of shortfall in the payments. </p>
