Aftercare??

Debt Rescue was amazing at first, but regretfully the past year has been a challenge to work with this company, trying to get feedback is a nightmare, they respond maybe after 2 weeks of me following up. One of my accounts was left unpaid for a year, I have been handed over, the interest is now more and my debt review has been extended till 2028 (Court order granted in 2020). I just feel quite a bit of frustration as feedback is almost not existing. The balances on my outstanding accounts are incorrect, it just feels like a an absolute mess.
