After 1 year of joining Debt Rescue, I am in more debt than I have ever been! are they a real company?

I actually do not think that Debt Rescue is a real company.

After just over a year with them, I have managed to rack up +-R150k in arrears on my 2 home loans. I first noticed this short payment 3 months into debt review and when I queried it, I was told that once the court order is issued, they will ensure that the creditor corrects it as it will need to align with the payment plan. The court order was in October 2024 already, and this has still not happened. In September 2024, I told Debt rescue that I have finally managed to sell my 1 property so can they please ensure that the arrears are corrected so that I can receive the correct payout (i.e. with arrears corrected), it is now December and it has not been done. The place is sold, I have been paid out, and suffered the consequences of the great arrears amount which was not corrected... Further, I asked Debt Rescue to please ensure that my monthly premium is reduced in line with the removal of the 1 home loan, and once again that task was also not completed. I must have 100s of emails to them, to which they reply every 4 emails to my 1, and still nothing has been resolved.

The court order issued in October has some information on it, it was eventually sent to me, but when I asked someone to explain it to me, to date still nobody has explained it to me. I then asked specific questions about it on email, to which I was told it will be escalated. The escalation took place around mid November, it is now end of December 2024 and still nobody has contacted me or rep**** to any of my emails!

I honestly do not know what more to do, I joined debt review for some relief but somehow I am in more debt than I have ever been in my life and I cannot see a way out of it. I do not understand how the company works, there is no one person that is following through on my case, every time I call I speak to someone new and have to explain all over again. I then get great sympathy on the phone, confirmation that things are not correct, but nobody ever gets back to me or actually resolves the issues. I mean what must I do????

They have this book a zoom call slot on their website, I booked it, and nobody pitched for the meeting. I then whatsapped them, to which they rep**** "when?" and then again, no replies after that. I tried to call again, no answer. Is this a real company?
