Addressing salary cut situation

I needed some advise regarding my payments as a result of salary cut. I completely ran out of options and I wrote to the legal department in which Ms Khululiwe Mkhize responded with very clear ways to deal with my situation. She even called me to advise on available options. She advised me of a grace period and she advised that could be one of the considerations. Khululiwe, thank you very much for your assistance, your professionalism, client centered service approach and making a client feel valued. You have been a saviour for my current situation!
