Accounts not paid, zero communication
Zero communication, zero answers. Less than 5 months since I joined and already experiencing problems, and the reviews I am seeing here make me wonder if I made the right decision. I should have made my means to pay off my 37k debt, but unfortunately was not wise enough.
4 of my accounts still remain unpaid and the interest fees are still piling up even though DR claims to have negotiated and agreed with my creditors on a new payment plan. I sent emails and tried calling and nothing works.
