Accounting is not accounting

Good day,

I have been countlessly communicating with Debt review regarding the inconsistency regarding the balances that I receive from the different creditors and the balance showing on their portal, its off by a month, some creditors have been fully paid yet they keep on paying. I have sent screen grabs, I have emailed and the give me a generic answer. Standard bank as a credit of R 832.80 yet they keep paying this provider Capitec has a balance of R 55 783.06 yet their statement shows R9270.97

I have proof of all the communication and response its all generic, I have sent them proof of these statements and the only response is that they did not receive paid up letters from these creditors.

I am requesting that you align your balances I pay R 402.95 monthy for their service fees ...what am i actually paying for?
