Abysmal Service Over Six Years - PATHETIC SERVICE. TOTAL GHOSTING

HOPEFULLY some, Urgent Action Required:

I am absolutely appalled and infuriated by the treatment I have received from your company over the past six years. It is astonishing that a company "supposed to help" has instead caused significant distress in my life.

I have reached out via your WhatsApp line, only to be met with an even more unacceptable attitude and NO response whatsoever. Despite my countless emails and phone calls over my 6 year period, I am STILL waiting for my release documents. The situation has gone from bad to worse—I have lost my vehicle, and I still possess an incorrect Form 17 addressed to a Mr. Dibate, George Mpho. If you are also frustrated and reading this, there’s a chance you have my documents since I have yours.

I cannot emphasize enough how unacceptable this delay is. After six long years of waiting, I am preparing to seek legal counsel. This is enough!

I expect prompt action regarding my case, as I will not stop!

Still awaiting response on the Whatsapp line on number ending 5175, or the email address you have on record.
It's really frustrating as I cannot even apply for business loans so to get this sorted is of my utmost urgency.
