Absolutely horrible service
They're quick to respond upon signing up but once signed up, their responses are automated. I was advised to pay upfront which I've done and all creditor issues would be "dealt" with by them however, I'm being contacted by creditors threatening to hand me over. Keep getting the same email from client docs stating that there's outstanding documents yet I've completed every single form. Wouldn't recommend them at all!!
