A service of care - a big thank you!

I have been struggling to get ahead in my queries with Debt Rescue after I've settled all my accounts. It was a pain dealing with the consultants, until Memory Oosthuizen - Retentions Specialist - stepped in and really took firm control over the matter. Memory was kind, understanding and a real gem handling the matter with empathy and skill. I am thankful for Memory's professionalism, but more important, for the empathy and heart shown to make things happen for me. My experience with Memory was one of, taking responsibility and not brushing me off. My clearance certificate was expedited and I am extremely grateful the way that I was treated with respect and as if I was the only client.
