"A breath of fresh air"

Generally all round great service. I did have a few issues with delayed responses but today was by far an amazing experience dealing with Owen Naidoo. Quick responses and assisted with things that I randomly requested assistance with. I know that the other teams are inundated with the volume of work so this was a great breath of fresh air. Much appreciated.
