7 Years battling to get cleared after payments were deducted and paid over!

I am still under debt review and after 2017 - my account was debited every month and payments were made as per instructions. When paid up I, Debt Rescue stopped the deductions and my clearance was supposed to be started - UP TO DATE I AM NOT CLEARED AND DID NOT RECEIVE ALL THE PAID UP LETTERS THAT DEBT RESCUE SAID THEY WILL COLLECT AS THEY MADE PAYMENTS.

EVERY DAY I ENQUIRE ABOUT THIS AND EVERY DAY I GET THEIR AUTOMATED RESPONSE EVEN WHEN I PHONED I ALWAYS GETS THE SAME ANSWER - WE WILL COME BACK TO YOU

FOR 7 YEARS I AM BATTLING TO GET THIS RESOLVED.

And now they will read this review (not my first one) and I will again get the same automated response!!

Very bad experience and I can not recommend them.
