This lady is the most helpful, friendly and understanding person to deal with, possibly the only person who has actually taken the time to assist and get all my queries sorted.
Without her, I would have given up on your services long time ago.
Your other staff should actually take her service as an example of how your clients should be treated, not a client or just a number, but a HUMAN BEING
