5 months for clearance certificate

Worst company ever SATY away I put my self under dept review 7 years ago from this sorry excuse of a company just to do pay them a fee of 350a month reduced over time and not by much just for them not to issue me my clearance certificate I done all THERE work for them and now all of a sudden I am not a costumer of them yet I have 7 years worth of statements from these people so to put it into perspective they will expect you to phone all of your creditors that will more than likely make your life miserable as it can be a headache try trying to get them to send your so called dept management company that u PAID to do there jobs a clearance letter so they can sit on there bum and play whit there fingers and don't forget all these companies and banks have waiting times of up to 10 days. 5 months and still waiting in the case of dept rescue to give me my clearance certificate and don't forget I paid these people any one up for a class action lawsuits
