2nd review with no joy or assistance from Debt Rescue
A few weeks ago I logged a review in regards to our MTN account that we were unable to pay due to Debt Rescue not being able to assist with a settlement letter...
So to date this matter has not been resolved. We managed to pay our MTN however no assistance from Debt Rescue in regards to FINALLY getting our clearance certificate. Apparently now we need a paid up letter from another credit provider that was paid up 8n 2018 already...by Debt Rescue!!!
How they do not have a paid up letter for an account THEY paid is beyond me!
I have sent another follow up email today, no feedback. I sent a whatsapp to the customer service consultant on our case, she blatantly ignored me.
I am at a point where I will be taking this to every platform possible to raise awareness of the level of No-service we get from Debt Rescue.
