1 yr on and still no resolution

Its been a gruelling year since I started this process. Each time the application went to court I had to explain certain expenses that they claimed the magistrate says are "Luxuries", in the mean time everything has gone up in costs, i.e petrol, food, interest rate, policy subs. and yet they are sticking to may 2016 expenses I gave them. I am now being questioned as to why I have life cover, medical aid for my daughter and a hospital plan for myself, seems these are "luxuries". All except for the medical aid for my daughter, at the lowest plan i could afford at the time, are to ensure that the debt is paid should something happen to me, i.e I DIE! But this is seen as luxuries. I was recently requested to submit more affidavitts to explain the life cover, the medical aid and hospital pla, plus the "allowance" I support my daughter with will not be given to her anymore, neither will the money I put aside to fix or do repairs to my home. It has been a trying time with me having to prove every expense from my daughters school fees, to why I am supporting a household of 5 to now why I have life cover. Since there has been no court order signed, I have contacted my debt counsellor, No 7 since I started this, and the lady at the attorneys to find out how to stop this process and yet I have not had a reply from them or even a phone call as to what will happen or how to assit with my request. This has been my experience from the start. Always having to send mails, calling them, following up with them doing what I could to find out what the hold up was, loosing income because I was having to take documents to them, spending my time and resources running after them. How much more can I do? I feel like I made a mistake going to them and now I have no way of getting this resolved or moving on and dealing with the fall out what ever that it might be.

And when they say they negotiate a reduced Interest rate for you with your creditors - thats is not true - I have been paying full interests on my debt with 1 month behind due to them first taking the 1st payment to cover "legal fees" and "Admin" fees. I have the statements to prove that too.

I told the lady who called that I knew that your organisation will not be able to do anything because as usually no one is "Listening" to my concerns, something that has been happening from the start. So why keep trying to call me. So that you can tick off a box, does that make you all feel better? Your team let me DOWN, stop trying to make me feel like I DID SOMETHING WRONG. What I have experienced within your organisation will always remain NEGATIVE and I will tell anyone I know and get asked about your organisation on how bad it really is, I am NOT holding my breath on Debt Rescue or anyone affiliated to this organisation, to actually admitting to making this situation unbearable for me. YOU OFFERED NO RELIEF AT ALL!!! STOP CALLING ME
