They kept on calling saying that they work with NCR and the government and that Merriam Allie said that i am being overcharged on interest rates and dat she is being appointed to rectify that. She sent me a blank electronic paper to sign and the next thing I found maself on debt review, without ma concern

Debt Review ****
Debt Repose Solutions harrased me to sign up for debt review. I was reluctant to sign up and they had to call me several times to convince me and in a moment of being vulnerable they convinced me to do so. I asked how this would affect my business and they said because it's in my personal capacity it won't have any effect on my business. Well that was a completed lie. I have been asking the debt Councellor Miriam Allie to contact me but she has been ghosting me since I first requested the cancellation from debt review in November 2025. My personal profile is now affecting my business profile and they are basically forcing me to go to another debt councellor that I will have to pay to cancel this status from my name. They have caused me more financial stress than to save me money. They promised me the moon and the stars but since I have asked to cancel they are ignoring my requests.

They called me this morning saying they are working with my bank and 1 of my insurance policies. I called my bank after having the strange feeling about them. i was called - people he **** said he is from Liberty, then Casey called then Merriam, they wanted me to open my app and from them to go to my debit orders, I could not do it I dropped the call, then i phoned FNB conformed that they don't work with them they ****. I have sent them WhatsApp waiting to see if they will response Please be careful of them they are ******

Wrongly informed and did not clear my name.
THEY DID NOT GIVE ME CORRECT INFORMATION. THE SENIOR FINANCIAL MANAGER **** TO ME ABOUT THE PROCESS. I CANCELLED EVERYTHING, THEY ACKNOWLEDGE THEY WERE INCORRECT AND WILL CLEAR MY NAME, UNFLAG ME ON THE CREDIT BUREU AND ALL MY CREDITORS. THIS IS NOT DONE YET. WAITING SINCE 15 OCTOBER 2025. CAN`T GET ANY CREDIT, THEY DID NOT CLEARED MY NAME AS PROMISED. On 30 October, Meriam (DC 4144) from DC Solutions phoned me (I have the recording) and stated they will clear my name with creditors and "unflag" me. Up to date, its NOT cleared yet.
