Debt recovery crafters

I am very very upset as these debt recovery crafters promise you the world to lead you in..for the past 2 months they have been taking R8000 off my account saying they pay my accounts. They have paid nothing for the past 2 months and I’ve still been paying my own accounts I’ve cancelled with them and requested my refund back and all I get promised end of the month which was august and today is the 6th sep.
