dissapointed again

<p>In 2014 i signed up with Debt Quest. I had been under Debt review before but with a shady agent who pocketed the clients money. After that I didnt trust debt review agents but struggled with my debt and after reading debt Quest pamphlet i build up the nerve to try them. I grilled the agent and felt satisfied to trust my debt with them. I payed R1500 per month without fail and by December 2016 my debt had been paid up. I have been working in a factory for a fraction of what I used to earn as a retail manager since 2014 . I was happy that with my name cleared on ITc I would now be able to apply for work in the retail industry again. unfortunately Debt Quest could not clear my name because there was still a debt owing. Apparently there was one client who refused their proposal in 2014 and now my name cant be cleared. i recieved a monthly statement of my payments but the names on the statment refered to debt collecting agencies and I trusted my Agent when she said all my debt was covered with this one payement. Zanende and Joy are the ladies that found the descrepancy because my original agent had left the company. I have been struggling to get a clear idea of exactly what process will be followed to clear my name. My callls usually end with a heartfelt promise that they will call me with feedback in a day or 2 but then i think i am forgotten. they were happy to take my aftercare fees every month but now when they need to complete our contract they are dragging their heels and leaving me to beg for some news on this problem. </p>
