Unhelpful and unprofessional
Initially i was very happy with debt pro but recently they have been unprofessional and unwilling to help fix mistakes that they have made. They refuse to take responsibility for their actions and now i as their client must suffer the consequences of their negligence.

It is clear that you have no desire to rectify the matter and that it does not matter that i have been a client since 2018 and now i am at risk of loosing an asset because of your actions.
