Horrible and unproffessional service!!!!!!

Sadly i have sent emails to two persons in this establishment who refuse to give me information on what to do with my file. Just back and forth emails on how unfortunately i need to have paid up letters to clear my name. Their services are poor and ********* and unfortunately i have to deal with staff who do not care about their clients. I am horrified that since 2018 i have debt that should have been prescribed still pending on my name and this company refuses to go the extra mile and assist me!!!! Pathetic
