Poor service

I am writting this review deeply saddened the treatment i get from Debt Movement is absolutely terrible. I took out a debt review with them and has agreed that the cut off date or termination date is 31 October 2025. As it is July, now they are are saying i have 6 months remaining. I an utterly disappointed and want to get out. The agent handling my case doesn’t respond to me on time i have to follow up all the time. Its a mess
