Debt review removal

I joined this movement inorder for them to help me with my accounts and all but I haven't received the services they promised to give always when you ask them when will my accounts be payed they'll tell you about thier legal fees and all but no actual date or honest answer of when they'll start paying my accounts, I want to cancel my contract with them but they refuse to remove my name on theit systems
