Debtmend offers lies and will corner you bridge of contract paperwork

About two years ago I decided to take a big step and clear my name off all bad debts, did some researching and comparing debt counsellors and Debtmend seemed to be the right place to help clear my name. One of their consaltants Deby was very helpful and professional that instead of making arrangements to pay R300 a month I optioned to pay R2000 so that I could clear off my name as quick as possible. After almost a year of paying my accounts with Debtmend, I thought of confirming my last debit order with company as I was told that it will be around August 2019, to my surprise I'm told that the person who had helped me register did mistake I actually to pay till February 2020 which was about an additional R10000 from the agreed money I had signed off and there are T's and C's if I don't pay till February 2020. I than continued paying through Debtmend, last payment went through in February 2020 and all promises they told were nowhere to be found as I'm still blacklisted today. After numerous calls and emails they still can't hold to their end of the contract. Any inquiries I do with company becomes a waste of time and at times I'm given information that belongs to other people. I advised anyone who had failed to pay their debts previously not to use Debtmend at all.
