Debt solutions

Hi I'm Lodry Mathebula I've joined debtmend in 2019 to help me with my accounts for combining the installments to one. They negotiate with them and installments reduced to small. When it comes to payment , they started paying after three months, all my accounts was in arrears. I've tried to call them about my accounts why I have arrears, Evadane she said I must sent the statement for investigation.

I've waited for investigation until now, they don't even respond on my email and calls. Now I'm under dept review for something they failed to deliver, when I joined I thought is a good company I fooled my self. What I want from them Is to remove my name from dept review, because I'm paying by my self
