STAY AWAY
I am very disappointed at this company, the service is very poor. I've been with this company for a few months and their communication with customers is Zero. You deal with different people every time you enquire about your account, some of their advisors are rude, at times they act clueless when you ask about our account. My vehicle was almost repossessed due to their lack of urgency in handling such issue. i ended up making arrangements with my creditors because wow. They even tell you what to post on Hello Peter to give them a good review. My partners car was repossessed while under them and no once could explain what happened. They still continued to debit money from his account. Stay away from them

Kindly note that you were transferred over from another Debt Counsellor to Debt Mate therefore your vehicle was already in arrears meaning that you needed to pay the arrears in full as requested by MFC. Also note that you only made two payments towards the Debt Review process and we also have communications advising you of the impact that missing payments may have on your accounts. Kindly note that at Debt Mate we tried our utmost best to assist however there was no cooperation from your side. Kindly note that if your payments are up to date and you have no arrears your vehicle can not be repossessed. Should you have any further questions please do not hesitate to contact us on ***.
