Refund from October to December 2021

I have been doing that exercise for a very long time and this response you just provided here its exactly the same thing you always say when I give you a call. You always promise people that you will investigate the matter and you will never to that. I sent an email to you guys on the 11 on February and no one got back to me until today. Can I be refunded my money ( R18700) which I paid in October, November and December so that I can be able to pay my creditors please. I am being harassed by my creditors under your nose and when they call you, you don't want to engage with them because you are saying they are the 3rd party. Moreover, you are painting a wrong picture about me to them by telling them that I am not paying my monthly fees and that's a blue lie because I have proof of Payment with me to prove that I have been paying. Every time I call your offices someone will answer the phone and just take your details and promise to come back to me and that never happened. I am demanding a refund for the payments I have made for the aforementioned 3 months. I will see how to deal with my creditors because you have failed me. And I want to know how soon will be request be executed so that if you are failing to give me my refund I will then be left with no choice but to take further actions. Already you have cancelled my accounts on review because that's what my creditors are telling me when they call me and you are also telling my creditors that I am not paying you so I don't see a reason to continue paying to you whereas you fail to deliver.
