Disappointed
We have been communicating with this people, we nearly lost our car because they didn't pay what the bank needed and our debts were behind they don't pay in time. We decided to pay the car ourselves now they blocked our account because we didn't pay them decided to deal with the debt ourselves because of their incompetence

07 Sept 2023, 16:43I do apologize for the miscommunication Mrs Zondo. Kindly note that you have only made 3 payments towards the Debt Review Process and have not made payments since December 2022. Kindly note that Debt Mate has no control over your assets being repossessed if there are no payments made towards the Debt Review as you were making payments to your creditors directly. Also note that Debt Mate has been in contact with Mr Zondo on numerous occasions telephonically and via email. Kindly note that in the Terms and Conditions that was read out to you when you signed up with Debt Mate, it states that once you go onto Debt Review you will not be able to take up new or more accounts until all accounts are paid in full.
