Debt mate is a ****, poor service

I am very disappointed at this company, the service is very poor. I've been with this company for a year, not one premium missed but I didn't find joy instead my debts are still the same and wesbank repossessed my car. I got a call from April who asked why did I give the sheriff the car, I explained to her instead of helping me, she dropped the call on me. I called them countless times but no one can help. I called in and spoke to Resgmika who advised to assist and come means make arrangements with wesbank, she said that she will call back but no joy. I've been waiting for their call or feedback but no one seems to care. This company don't even deserve a star, I want to cancel.
