Debt Mate
All seemed fine, until I asked for the distribution statements. I made 3 payments but only 1 distribution statement given, and the interest is higher than the amount distributed. I sent emails and sent messages trying to understand what the problem is, but I am simply ignored. I wish my complaint could be taken more seriously because my financial freedom is at stake.

Kindly note that as per the Debt Review Process the 1st payment is for the Debt Counselling company for the work they are doing on the application. The 2nd payment goes for Legal Fees as your application is handed over to our attorneys to finalize your agreement in Court and from the 3rd payment onwards your creditors get paid, However all credit providers are aware of this process. Kindly note that as a Debt Counselling company we try to reduce your interest rate down to 0% depending on your creditors which is not guaranteed. Also very importantly note that Debt Mate has contacted you on numerous occasions and assisted you accordingly.
