Dear Debtmate Directors, What a pleasure it has been to deal with your company. You are definitely a debt solution company that you can trust. Compliments are not always given to your staff for the work, effort and time they put in to make it happen. These days people criticize so easily when they dont receive the answer they want or need at the time. My experience, from start to finish I was treated with respect and honesty despite my situation I was in. Your staff, especially Samantha Chetty and all call centre staff should get a salary raise/bonus.
