Struggling with company

Morning it is nadia.i have a big problem.last year we asked for a free assignmentbon debtvreview.so we didnt go through with it.suddenly in march i got an sms from redemtion finansial sollution.ans then i went to buy clothes on my account.i couldnt because they said i am under debt review.we didnt sign anything with them.so i got there email adress because the phone is not responding they emailed me i must pay 4100 before they can cancell the debt review.i want my name clear so that my accounts can be active again.i send them a few emails but they don t respond.what must i do.thanks
